Looks like Fiat's webserver is not able to handle the load! Website is too slow since 10 AM.

I wish for the same load on Fiat's plant too for Punto!

Check this snapshot i captured from 360 view. Isn't it a goggle holder?

I have not seen the car in flesh though.

The best part is that FIAT has hired Yuvraj Singh for conveying car's aggressive appeal to masses!

hey guys,

may sound a wierd question - but how do you pronounce 'Punto'. to be precise, let me put it in hindi - is it पुंटो or पंटो?

Way to go Punto !

The GP website is slow since last night, looks like it is getting lot of concurrent hits from Bhpn's.

Guys any concrete information about the fuel efficiency figures ?
Looks like every one is performance oriented, nobody bothers about fuel efficiency.
Hoping to to see a comprehensive review especially about the petrol FIRE engine fuel efficiency before taking a buying decision.

Why there is a difference in the contents of the Mumbai Edition itself ?
There is a difference in contents of various editions of Mumbai, but the 'ad content' always remain the same.

My apologies to you and Amtak, for not mentioning that the pic is from the Bangalore edition. Mumbai edition of TOI is most sought after and perhaps Fiat did not make it in time, as I see no other ad except an in-house ad in todays Mumbai TOI backpage.

OT:
as a teenager yuvraj singh used to rip a honda city through chandigarh's streets, and now he endorses a FIAT.
i think he is turning into a team-bhpian (Despise honda love FIAT).

It might be the same server with two interface and domain names attached to it.

Touching 47 pages and not a single TD report here ??!!
Its like everyone is waiting in the same line ! Is it wise to wait for a month and see before really booking for one ? Linea owners are already complaining about plastic parts coming off, stray screws found in the cabin, rattles from different areas and what not ! My neighbour has one and he is really irritated with the door panel rattling to glory, its not even 30 days !!!

guys,
just got back from a test drive at concorde, test drove the 1.3mjd e+.
a couple of things that i did note were
1. there is no turbo kick at 2000rpm, its just smooth sailing
2. leg room at the rear could have been better,i am 5'10'' and with the driver's seat pushed back to a comfortable position, three reasonably built people could sit comfortably, but not very.
3. no reverse gear lock.
4. turning radius still huge, but better than the palio
5. booking amount is Rs 25k
6. waiting period of atleast 1 month
7. the ride is nice, you can even cruise at 20kmph in 3rd and 4th gear with no jerks which is a good thing for in city traffic
8. the gearing is quite short between 1st and 2nd.
9. in the first and 2nd gear, you will not expect that zippy feel immediately.

and yes, the plastics are bad....cannot compare it with the ones on the earlier palios.

Fiat's website is down

Folks,

Fiat's Grande Punto website is down . Just couldn't take the load I guess.

Interesting to see the amount of interest it has generated.

I hope their A.S.S can handle the sales and service load

Cheers
