Well, Congrats on the Nano and that too with the Key handed over by Ratan TATA himself!
Sad that I had my dad to cancel the booking due to the scam! (We were asked to pay 20k+ towards the cost of the car as interest for a car to be delivered in 2011 and the price of the car will be based on the OTR at that time!)

On a lighter note, awaiting a detailed review from you soon!

Yeah! I hope they don't fill up the roads. We don't have a lot of space anyway!

Suzuki's just plain jealous. Arrogant twits!

How do the Nano's emissions compare to a standard 125cc bike?

The First Ever Nano Owner From India !!!

Hi all,
The first ever Nano owner from India is the 56 yrs. old gentleman from Sion (Antop Hill), Mumbai, Mr. Ashok Vichare. Before going home, first he drove his Nano to Siddhivinayak Temple.
His Nano LX bears registration number MH 01 AL 4149.
Here is the pic from Marathi newspaper daily "Sakaal":

Why? Does the M800 have them ? Are you going to provide it with airbags ? Grapes are sure gone sour here.

If Mr. Suzuki has made those comments, its too bad & too sad. For its far from dignity & respect one expects from a person at such level to react to the competition. Kudos to Tata to react to it in a more dignified manner as always.
At that level, one got to respect the competition & accordingly plan strategies

kudos to TATA for making this dream of Ratan Tata as well as many people in our country, so not time to hear some TD reports and to look around your neighbourhood.

I'm really proud that Nano is Indian and that it has brought affordability to Car ownership.

Long Live the Nano!

"And finally the Quote by Osamu Suzuki :-

Some people never learn to bow with grace , that too one being Jap. Japanese and bowing are almost synonymous. But it seems grace they have not learnt.

C'mon give a big round of applause to the champion and try doing better in next round.PLEASE.

Nice pic. A proud moment.

OT: Mr. Vichare's hand (wave) looks like a "I am going to stop" hand signal. I hope it is not a harbinger for the traffic to come to a standstill in the days to come.

And here's to those poor people to enjoy the dream while they are still asleep. Soon they will have to wake up to the unpleasant realities of Tata vehicle ownership and service centers
