I think Peugeot wont come back, if they do, then they will fail. Indian consumer do not forget which brand ditched them. Fiat atleast has stuck it out here and fought to revamp themselves, Peugeot simply moved out of the market, when the 309 failed.

Read in the News paper over the weekend that they have made plans & concrete steps to re-enter India. The 308 was one hot cake when launched in 2004 or 5 cant recall was in Europe then and boy they were every where I suppose the unconvetional fornt was a hit much like the Santro when launched in 99. I think she is due for model change they should wait and bring the new one in unlike last time!

I second Tushky's sighting. Saw it on Karve road in the morning on the same day. Was it black or a very dark shade of brown? Didnt have too much time to see it as I was going the other way.
But it totally blew my mind!! What an awesome looking car!
