Ritz look alike?

Found this on the Vauxhall UK webpage. The Ritz looks exactly the same. That got me wondering!

Do they have some kind of agreement or is it just a plain copy? Please tell me its not. Its called the Vauxhall Agila!!

P.S. I'm sorry if i'm missing something!

Ritz is sold as Opel/Vaxuhal Agilia in other European Nations.

Earlier Wagon R was doing this job.

You are absolutely right.

what more is that both the Suzuki Splash(Ritz in India) and the Vauxhall Agila are sold side by side in UK !!

The splash & agila both are sold in 1.0 & 1.2 petrol, and 1.3 diesel in UK.
The splash has 5 trim level whereas the agila has 3.

There are 3 engine options, 1L (64 BHP), 1.2L (83BHP) and a 1.3L CDTI (it's the same fiat engine). Surprisingly both the Suzuki Splash and Vauxhall Aglia (Ritz looks alike) offer the same engine options, but the Vauxhall Aglia comes with a permium around (1K difference) :-)
