Sid Sir, is it Manza or Indigo Manza ?.

Update: Never mind, saw the URL in lower right corner.

Slightly off-topic, did a whois search for indigomanza.com as was still showing that it is parked and found this >> Tataprima.com - Tata Prima.

So it seems that Prima, as a name is final, was registered by their IPR management firm.

I am not saying the car is a beauty, but vis a vis the first generation Indigo it seems to be a massive improvement .
No offence just a personal opinion .
Well said mate.

Tata's products are constantly improving which is excellent. Most companies have completed 30-40 yrs . Compared to them Tatas have just settled down.

Are you comparing Tata to VW? They have enough resources to buy Tata ERC out if they want! I feel that Tata (or even Suzuki) has a long way to go to reach their standards. I am sure Tata officials will politely accept this fact.

Moreover Jetta any day is uglier than the Golf on which it is based on. They have accepted it and they are planning to make the changes a lot more elaborate next time. Also do you know the monthly sales of Jetta across the world? Also whats the best Manza will attain? These are all factors dear...

Regarding Ssangyong, I am not aware of any hatchback sedan conversions they have done. Can you enlighten please?

The Prima you saw are their World Trucks. The entire world truck range is named as Prima.

Manza is here!

Saw one today morning at Concord, Mysore road.

Took few photos, and as Mr.Murphy is always with us, my never-low-on-battery phone was so low that it switched itself off!!!

Here are few photos that I managed, just as the warning tones came up:

New Tata Indigo Manza Details : Brochure on Page 36 EDIT : Now launched-imag0098.jpg

Not sure what it means, but noticed that the back had "Quadrajet90" written. Does anyone know what this "90" is supposed to be.

Vehicle had steering remote. Audio unit is the same as that in Vista. This one was sporting a Fiat engine (not sure on the spec) and had ABS!

Interiors was the same as what you have in the Vista. Seems like TATA did a DZire here.

As per sid and sidgo, Quadrajet90 refers to MJD from Fiat having 90ps@4000rpm. i guess its the same one used in Linea.

I like the looks of manza more compared to Dzire.

Thank you HappyWheels for awesome pictures and the boot look quite fine form the angle you captured the picture.

IMHO Manza looks like a very good sedan and From a VFM point of view, this car is second to none. I think Tata have done good job.

@nickatnite
We shouldn't forget that they started making sedans only 7 years back.

This looks quite good. Especially the rear seems a lot better than the initial photos from Motoroid suggested. I am relieved.

I think Manza is the Production Version car of Tata Elegante Concept. it looks good but not good as Elegante. Maruti turned cool A star concept into Ugly A star production version. now tata too. Manza is not ugly looking vehicle. but stil..Ford should teach them how to turn concept car into production version. new fiesta almost look same as Verve Concept.

I had a good look at the car when they were washing it and, frankly, it looks good. Unlike the first (and on-going) impression of what Maruti did with Swift - DZire evolving, this one seems to be in the right spot, in my opinion.

The engine was also silent. Come to think of it, it was really missing, when all were looking under the hood. This vehicle has just 78kms on the ODO.
