Review: IMO cash discount offers are the best for us, the consumers. Sweepstakes/lotteries don't really measure up to cold, hard discounts. Rebates are next in line.

I got a letter from Mitsubishi dealer about an offer for Cedia Spirit 9.99 on road. Individual Tax. The model without any stickers or anything. They seem to have some limited stock left with them. But still, not a bad choice. There have been no adverts from them anywhere. They have only sent letters to their customers.
