Scoop Master does it again! Three variants each for petrol and diesel seems good. Excellent features. Hope, Ford prices this car competitively.

Great scoop Sid. Details for which I was eagerly waiting for. Petrol would be cheap and fun to drive. Isnt 1.2 Petrol a scaled down version of 1.6 doing duty in Fiesta.

Diesel Figo shud be the best diesel among the hatchbacks. Does Figo, have multi info display like in Punto ?

Again a great scoop from Sid .Good work!!

It's good to see Power windows on base version for Driver & passenger ,but rest all are must for a vehicle to be said as car(Ambiente).

Why can't ford given an option to customers of Ambiente for ABS and Airbags and Trend customers Airbags.

Damm...why do manufacturers always hesitate before introducing auto transmission? If Ford wants to sell a diesel 1.4 with auto I will buy one tomorrow.

Maybe, but the driveability and overall package is perhaps better, going by the Fiesta at least.

yeah, if it is 'drivable' and 'sufficient' for the fiesta, and 'sportier' for the ikon, it should be 'powerful' for this hatch.

Not an encouraging strategy. Hyundai already has Auto transmission for this range in i10. They could have snatched the numbers from hyundai instantly by having Auto transmission

Interesting move. Need to look this in flesh on how it looks.

At-last the pricing will be the key. Glancing at the specs; if the price range is from Rs.3.9 Lakhs to Rs.5.0 Lakhs for petrol and Rs.4.3 Lakhs to Rs.5.2 Lakhs for diesel then Figo is the one to go for.

PS. Thanks @sidindica for the exclusive Team-BHP scoop. I was waiting for it

Great news, especially the diesel + autobox combo!
Hyundai better bring on the 1.1 i10 crdi soon.

Sid Tussi great ho!! Nice thread title too!! Looks like we are gonna get class leading rattle free interiors(though dated- almost like Fiesta's) and great VFM. The TDCI would obviously be the hot seller.
