Changes you would expect from manufactures on the by BS4 D-Day

Hi,

I hope this post is not repeating.

With the D-Day of BS4 lurking around the corner, i think it would be the time most manufacturers change / upgrade their engine. Launches that happened over the last year will only attempt to make minor edits to make their product BS4 complaint while some are already done/in the process of being done so.
While some others will use this as an opportunity to upgrade their engine options.

So what do you think each player would do and what would be your expectations.

For example

What we already know
1) Maruthi is making minor edits to its SX4 offering with BS4 compiance
2) Tata already is launching its manza

Would love to have...
1) Swift to come up with the K-series engine
2) Fiesta D to upgrade to a 1.6D rather than make its current offering BS4 complaint
3) Indigo CS come up with the national engine

So it would be great if we can come up with probables (expectations) and sureshots...

Swift, and all other Marutis with k- series engine will definately happen by march 2010 else they will have to stop selling cars with older petrol engines in metros - like the Maruti 800.
Indigo CS with national engine may not happen in a hurry, but the new indgo (manza) is soon coming out with the linea petrol and diesel engines which are both BS4 compliant.
