AUTO EXPO 2010 - What to Expect ?

Auto Expo 2010 is just round the corner ( 5th - 11th January 2010 ).

It promises to be a big one this time as most of the car Makers are planning to participate. It also happens to be the Silver Jubilee year.

However the biggest question remains what launches can be expected this time.

Last year the Limelight was the TATA NANO. Hyundai and Maruti had a few stunning cars on display, Also HONDA had the New Jazz on Display.

Expect Hyundai to Launch the New Santro, i30, New Elantra this time.

Also expect an array of Super bikes on display as well as launch.

We might even see Harley Davidson participating this year.

Please share all information regarding possible launches and display vehicles here.

I am looking forward to Toyota's all new Landcruiser Prado Diesel along with Volvo C70 Convertible/Coupe. Harley Davidson pavilion should also see some devoted crowds too.

The one that really make a mark on the market will be the Linea 1.6 MJD and maybe the TJet. I hope the polo is also announced at the same time.

VW Polo
Chevy Beat
Fiat Bravo
Hyundai i30
Hyundai Santa FE
Hyundai Facelifted Santro
Ford Figo
Harley Davidson
Toyota's Hatchback
Porsche Panamerra ( If Porsche participates that is ! )

New TATA Safari - Some say there is a new facelifted all new Safari round the block !!

Honda Diesels - Now that is going to be a surprise !! But very much possible

I seriously doubt that! I have a sneaky feeling that in terms of OTR Mbai, the yeti will hit the 14 - 19 L price bracket. Needless to say I'll only be too happy to stand corrected if its 11 - 15 L instead but I'm not optimistic on this.

Yes yes! I remember that! All too well! Bumped into Steeroid and Zak at the Auto Expo and recognised Zak by his pics which I had seen on the forum. I was with Eddy and we then met up with Ishan and some of the other guys, headed to Ishan's place where we waited for Sunny(simply sunny, I think) in his Safari and then we headed to the farmhouse!

Awesome fun for sure Would love to do it again

I hope the auto companies showcase more concepts at the show and please let us have some exotic car companies exhibit instead of the sea of dreary econoboxes and family sedans at the last show. VW Group, BMW etc., i hope you're reading this , por favor. I'm not taking a detour through Delhi and braving the pollution and traffic to see a redesigned Fabia and Estilo.
