Things should be pretty clear after the Auto-Expo. Looks like an exciting year ahead!

Oh yes!

The Polo will shake the already rocky segment.

Hope they launch the Yeti with a sensible tag. I don't want to buy a Skoda, but good sales might convince Fiat/Maruti to get the Sedici/SX4 SUV.

I did not know Toyota was planning the Yaris for India! I thought it was still pretty undecided.

Can't wait to see the new Lancer.

Oh Yeah - I am sure they will. No reason why they should not.

Figo & VW Polo will cause quite a stir in the Hatch Market. Lets hope they price the top end variants Diesel at about 5.5 - 6 Lacs.

Accord_Master mentioned in his thread that they aren't currently being offered. But going by BMW's proactive approach they certainly will get it out soon to compete with the popular Cayanne Turbo. The X6's success in India gives them even more reason to get a M version.

More then X1 / X5M & X6M you know what would be really insane and mindblowing?

If someone at BMW gets drunk, and releases the F10, in New Delhi I know this is wishful thinking but if press photos come on 23rd November can't we have show cars by Jan?

And also why not the SLS? It's one of the finest things coming out from automotive industry in general, and would be amazing to have it sold here officially,

Autocarcr, nice compilation effort,

The yeti seems out of place for India as it is a 5 seater, it would take on the CRV at about half the price, but a 5 seater SUV / MUV?

The Fanta Se from hyundai, also seems destined to face the Tucson fate. To do well the need to go very aggressively priced below say 14L with a max of 15L that seems unlikely considering the past unless it is a CKD rather than a CBU. Fortuner is doing well due to resale value expectations, reliability presumptions & Brand premium for Toyota which Hyundai does not get.
