Wow Sid, how come dude you get to see these new machines first? I guess you are all "eyes".

The exhausts look really cool. I hope the rest of the styling of the S is as aggressive as the exhaust.

This was the only "shot" I could manage, yes the doors were open but it was just a matter of chance that I caught this car, after that some security guards were on the way and I had to depart.

The car is expected in December. Shot taken from E51.

This is what the facelift will look like. Pics are of S 400 Hybrid from netcarshow.

Good catch Sid! Both front seats have individual big LCD fitted for passenger seats. Is this is common is 'S' Class?

Wow they have blatantly copied the tailpipe design of the Lexus LS. So much for ze Germans being original. Plus, why does everyone seem to copy Audi's signature design of housing a strip of LEDs just under the front headlamps?

The turn signal LED strip at the bottom of the front chin looks nice but the wheels just seem to match the appearance of the car and look a bit tuner-ish.

List of changes for anyone who might be interested:
***
Exterior changes

As mentioned, the front lamps has been modified to house the Bi-Xenon headlamps with the LED daytime running lights while the rear lamps are of the same shape as the last car but houses horizontal LED’s that have been specifically designed to look best at night.

The new S-Class also gets some new shoes in the form of handsome looking 18" light-alloys and two new external paint finishes, Dolomite Brown and Diamond white BRIGHT.

The external mirrors now get larger lenses and LED indicator repeaters as well.

Interior changes

Inside more minor touches come into light, literally, with new ambient lighting with three adjustable colours namely amber, white and ice blue.

Another new update is the Bluetooth interface with a handsfree function.

Safety feature

ATTENTION ASSIST is Mercedes-Benz’s own take on a drowsiness detection system. At speeds of between 80 and 180km/h, ATTENTION ASSIST can warn the driver as soon as it detects signs of inattention. How?

We there are several sensors that can analyse driving behavior on a permanent basis and detect typical signs of drowsiness, such as involuntary steering movements. So if it does detect drowsiness, the display in direct view of the driver sitting inside the speedometer will prompt a message to the driver to take a break.

With the new LED lamps comes a optional LED Light Package with Intelligent Light System and Adaptive Highbeam Assist.

Adaptive Highbean Assist allows excellent visibility without dazzling oncoming traffic or vehicles in front. It increases or reduces the headlamp beam smoothly and automatically - manual intervention is not required. The transition from high to low beam is almost seamless, so the driver does not perceive any abrupt change in the degree of illumination.

I've posted the snaps in my gallery. Mine looks a bit different since ABT has tuned the car.The performance is supercar-bashing, the handling is quite good but certainly no match for lightweight dancers like my CS.
We've gone completely OT here, so apologies for hurting the sentiments of any Benz fans here.

Sid, feel free to reach out via PM or my gallery page if you have any questions.

ATTENTION ASSIST : I think it scans eyes/face.

Edit: Googly
By monitoring brainwaves, Mercedes' engineers were able to identify approximately 70 parameters that can be used to judge fatigue. The whole system, however, depends upon a much more accurate steering sensor that can pick up on sluggishness or other behaviors which could indicate drowsiness or distraction

Was wondering why it looked like the Indigo.

The pic in the first post does not do justice to the car.

Those rims look wonderful, but i'm sure we would get 17inch wheels as standard with the 18's only as an optional upgrade just like the present S-class.

Here's how she looks wearing the AMG sports package
