Spotted : Nissan MPV (Nissan Evalia / NV200)

Nope the NV200 is too boxy, and too late.

At 8L it might be game on, but here we are talking about an Innova competetor with a smaller dealer base, no climate control ACC, lesser gizmos, and not even having the toyota brand name, though its a jap, we Indians normally play safe and hence this will be an uphill effort to sell without the service network, 2012 - seems too long term, they need to establish India as a global manufacturing hub and start off with a smaller vehicle first up. A Leyland service network would not work for a MPV/MUV.

Guessing - this is going to be a more export oriented manufacture than a 'sell-in-India' type. Testing may for some Indian' type conditioned Country.

Guys,

i even Spotted a Nissan hatchBack Model in Chennai 2 days ago, its a MH registration!!! it was fully taped rather than covered with Covers. i found the embossed logo stated as NISSAN in the Tapes. Sorry the driver who drove it was so quick enough. I couldn't take any pictures of it. Is anyone aware of this? did anyone spotted this in chennai???

Just spotted this vehicle a few minutes back outside a hotel in Chikmagalur. The testing team was apparently having lunch. Managed to get few snaps with my cell phone. Any idea which this Car might be?
The front logo was stripped from the grill. This is not a TATA Venture as the rear is different.

Note the Well designed front and uninspiring rear.

From the front, it is one of the best looking MPVs. The rear is bland though but the side profile with the upturned front windows looks great. A K9K with 85-105 bhp should be available with a price around that of the Innova.

I like the way you can push back the middle row all the way till the rear end. Gives lots of space in the middle. I would love a car like this.

My dream SUV should have a Fortuner Engine, A middle row along the lines of this Nissan Vehicle which can be adjusted and can be made like a bed, exterior like a scorpio - Well, just thought i should mention it here.

This one looks more like a slightly large VERSA! I had pinned my hopes on a MUV innova size & dimension vehicle this one looks punny and rickety

not to mention sedan like GC = Ground clearance more like sports car GC if you go by first pic this one is going to have people complaining about underbelly scrapping and since it is so tall/roof line is high any increase in GC would mean an unstable car/ bad lateral stability pick no offense
