The most beautiful "All New" Maruti

Mr. Osamu Suzuki was quite embarassed when he learnt the 800 is still available in an "All New" avtaar during a visit by Maruti engineers to Japan to develop the Swift. Oh... so much for it being all new.

Calling them criminals or saviours is a tough choice, but Maruti has gone ahead and cosmetically changed 5 of its current offerings in the last 2 years. The Zen was the first, followed by the Wagon-R, the Esteem, the 800 and now the Alto. Maruti would like to believe that these cosmetic changes have enhanced the cars live(s).

Now all you need to decide is which one to choose. The best of the worst or the very best among the best.

P.S. This can get very tough.

well if its getting them the moolah ,they wud be only stupid to discontinue it.either they shud have guts like toyota to stop producing the qualis which was selling like hot cakes....or just sit back nand continue counting the cash pouring in from an old horse.

Hellspawn... the talk is purely in terms of looks. The question of discontinuing a money making model is not on the cards. Its simple. Maruti has cosmetically changed 5 cars to enhance the production life-cycle. All you have to do is choose which one looks better according to you.

I've voted for the Esteem, but I'm yet to see the new Alto avatar. May want to change my mind later.

All new Esteem I guess...... the Head light and Tail light looks cool, but the front Chrome grill sucks big time.

Esteem for me. But, one small across down glass area on the rear next to the tail lamp does not look good for me.

Checked out the "all new Alto". The front end and bumpers look good in a very Porchse Caynee sorta way. The tail lights look nice and dazzly in clear lense. But my vote would go to the "Allnew" Wagon R. Big difference in looks as compared to the older version. It now actually looks quite cool and funky.
Wonder when they're gonna do up the Baleno. Hope the put in new Front and rear lights in the same size as the current ones. Then we won't have to cut the body to accomodate the new clear lense lights, if we get them as accessories..

hey revv,

you should have included a "none of the above" option as well.i feel none of the above mentioned maruti look good.
though i like the front view of the wagon r ,i havent voted for anything.

previously ,it was the zen and the gypsy that i liked the most, and maruti had a good chance of improving on the zen by adding wider tires and the works.but.......
