He already mentioned that it is a building under construction. But, it is possible that an auto related firm has booked space in the building and these guys came there to check it out.

This building is still under construction, and no company currently operating there!

Lets look at the wheels - Its seems to be a typical Mahindra.

Ford FIGO - possible
Nissan Micra - possible
Volkswagen Polo - possible

I dont think it can be a Skoda Yeti because the Yeti is based on the Octavia Platform and hence is likely to be a bit bigger in terms of relative size, when viewing this pic vis a vis the Scorpio.
However, the angle of the picture taken is such that it is pretty difficult to estimate the relative sizes with any degree of accuracy.

Doesn't look like a Skoda Yeti. because of the tail gate and number plate locations. Also Yeti's roof railing is also not seen. May be a facelifted Mahindra.

Since there's a Scorpio for company, that too in an under-construction building which has no offices yet, it is very likely a Mahindra. But as the location is Bangalore, it may well be a Toyota or say Daihatsu, may be the Terios as it is quite high and slightly smaller than a Scorpio but larger than a Fusion. If it is then it means Daihatsu is fianlly heading here.

Couldn't it be something from the Renault stable? The Sandero perhaps? Keeping in mind that the Mahindra's tied up with Renault for the Logan. If both the Scorpio and the masked vehicle drove in and out together from that complex, its likely to be something from Mahindra or their Renault JV, with the Scorpio being the escort vehicle.

+1.

could be sandero, the proportions seem quite similar to what was shown of sandero in the top gear episode 1.

Since the photo is taken in Bangalore (Whitefield area), it is likely that it is the upcoming Toyotal Avanza. Just a guess..

Actually the angle is quite deceptive. The car is much bigger than it looks. It is shorter (height) than the Scorpio but the length and width are comparable to the Scorp. Yeti seems the most likely candidate
