I suggest the first thing you should do is lodge a complaint with the police and please consult with some insurance specialist whether you can claim insurance.

BTW Did you have a legal agreement with the other party accused here? If thats a firm or a company, Did you check whether its registered?

is this something regarding earn 13K per month and buy a new car scheme, i do read this kind of adds in newspapers.
Sad to hear about your car, best thing is to lodge a FIR in the first case.You already mentioned that its done through proper channel, so complain it and also let the insurance company know about it as well with your claim of stolen vehicle.
