I prefer the Safari's stepney on the rear door unless they do a massive makeover to make it look somewhat like the Fortuner's rear.Otherwise the Safari is going to lose that butch look it's got now.

Good info Dadu, so looks like Indicruz will be available for sale in near future.

That could be worst way they design the spare wheel release - hope that is not true in the new safari that would be released. that reminds me of the normal sedan mode. In a high SUV, this would be hard as well inconvenient to remove with luggage loaded.

That said that is how most of the sedan and hatch world does it so no pont in complaining, but they will need to a major rear redesign like to get the fortuner look, the lights can't remain just on the sides.

Must be a part of Tata's grand plan to make the safari less appealing to boost indicruz sales!

I would already have bought the current Safari, but for the promise of auto climate control and Innova like roof ac vents. Maybe the indicruz can be considered instead of both the innova and safari

True ACM,

But May be this was only partly new Safari :-) as I mentioned, the guy saya it was exactly the same safari and no difference,

They were delivered to BEL for something to do with Army and all....

regards

Rajeev

Here is the pic. It looks different, but there are lots of similarities, esp the grill
Thats the concept, which will see the light as the Indicruz.
