The car in these pictures look way shorter compared to the one seen in the teaser.

Looks like Toyota is going the Compact Sedan way. The car doesn't look to be longer than 4m.

The toyota sai looks like NHC for at very first look and I doubt they will bring the same design here.
The small car looks great and i wish they price it right.

Edit:From the pic posted by Vid I feel that the boot is just attached to the hatch like Dzire.Look at the hatch back and the sedan tail (C pillar ) looks almost same, very slight change.

The hatch looks ug-ly! Looks really cheap IMO, from the pics visible. And I was hoping they'd launch the yaris or atleast aygo :( I'll reserve further judgment till I see more pics. Swift looks better to me so far.

The sedan looks decent so far. Something about the front reminds of the Logan.

No way it can be the Sai. Sai is a Slightly stripped down version of Lexus HS. I am sure Toyota cannot sell it as the compact car for the price points it is rumoured to be contemplating.

There are other cheaper models in its portfolio. Anyway great job at building up the suspense.

Hmm the Toyota Sai looks better than Carolla Altis and I dont see much resemblance with the teaser pic especially the mirror part where it emerges and the lines near it.

The sedan has a slightly stretched C-pillar. Looks good to me at least.
I am a fan of clean lines.

I wasn't saying its the Sai. I just said that perhaps the looks are based on it.

It is quite obvious that they won't have the same dimensions, let alone the same trim levels!

I just saw the video - a little late, I guess.

My take on the pricing is that the sedan version is made to compete with the Honda City and will be priced slightly lower - just like the Corolla Altis and the Civic. The hatchback will be similarly placed just below the Jazz. I am fairly sure that prices any lower than that are just good dreams.

C'mon guyz stop saying that it resembles a daihatsu or that Toyotas' dumping old ****.

Even I believe that its not Sai, but IMO it does look a bit like it and will be a bit smaller then Sai. All I expected was Yaris hatch and Yaris sedan and looking at the pics posted earlier in this thread both hatch and sedan looks cheaper and smaller then Yaris!!
