Guys, We did not see any stalls or pics of Ford. Are they not having a stall at all in the Auto Expo.

A company which is planning to launch its hatchback ought to have one. how come no one noticed, did they decide to give it a miss?

I just saw the news in BS Motoring Site regarding the offering from Fiat.Only good thing i can think is Linea T Jet launch and Linea Auto.Punto changes are disappointing.

Fiat India showed a nice mix of vehicles lined up for their Indian debut on day 2 of the 2010 Auto Expo. Fiat unveiled the 110 bhp turbo-petrol Linea, to overcome its power deficit compared to rivals like the Honda City. The new turbo petrol might be a a couple of bhp down on power, when compared to the City, but it more than makes up for the power deficit with 55 more torques compared to the City. There were also a couple of Puntos on show. The most important of them being the one with the Linea's 90 bhp, 1.3 diesel. Fiat also showcased a CNG-petrol flex fuel variant of the Punto and some interesting design editions.

Linea 1.4 T-Jet Petrol:

Price: Rs. 9.4 lakh (On-Road). It will be available only in the top-end Emotion trim.
Launch: Q1, 2010.
Engine Specifications: Petrol (l4) 1.4L 16V Turbo Jet (T-Jet).
Displacement: 1368cc.
Max. Power: 110 bhp @ 5000rpm.
Peak Torque: 200 Nm @ 2500rpm.

Grande Punto Sports: 1.3 Multijet90

Price: Rs. 6.5 lakh (On-Road). It will be available only in the top-end Emotion trim.
Launch: Q1, 2010.
Engine Specifications: 1.3-litre Multijet diesel with variable geometry turbocharger. (same as the Linea),
Max Power: 90 bhp @ 4000rpm.
Peak Torque: 205 Nm @ 1750rpm.

Grande Punto Natural Power: CNG-petrol flexi-fuel

Price: Rs. 5.6 lakh (On-Road). It will be available only in the top-end Emotion trim.
Launch: Q1, 2010.

Grande Punto Trendz: Limited edition design edition of the 1.2 FIRE petrol engined Grande Punto.

Equipment: CD/MP3/FM audio sytem added to the list of 1.2 Active's list.

According to carwale, fiat launched linea T-jet. 1.4 L turbocharged petrol engine and 110bhp with linea dualogic transmission.
grand punto was also seen with dual fuel variant. other variant such as sports, trendz also was shown as concept.
fiat 500 diesel with 16 inch alloy was also seen
