Rehaan - great pics, thanks!

The Kizashi does indeed look fabulous. At the Live feed thread someone indicated that this car will be coming at 10-12L ex showroom. Any news on that? Getting a 2.4L with this good interiors at that price looks next to impossible for me.

Not even a single customised Gypsy or Vitara? Sad!

These points expose what exactly Maruti is. Mainstream Assembler.

Thanks for the pics Rehaan...

Each cube corresponds to an item (eg. alloys, interior colour, steering wheel type etc).
As soon as you put the cube on the surface it recognizes it and automatically brings up the options for that particular customization.

We haven't come across any solid info as yet. Civic and up is what GTO had also mentioned.

Vinod, they did have a GV and a few other cars. We will be putting up the remaining pictures today. (No gypsy though).

Loved most of the pics except for the white interiors in swift and the other cars. Nothing special about the modded Dzire there. I wish those swift mods and alloys were available to the public

Thanks Rehaan. Very good pictures. The Kizashi looks fantastic. I just wish it is of the same quality when launched in India. Also if the On road price is <15L, it sure will be a steal.

Some of the mods done look whacky. However the rear view of the Ritz Zxi with alloys looks superb. I really liked the MPV concept. Maruti has put up a great stall for the Auto Expo. Looks like this will be the crowd puller apart from our own Tata

thanks Rehaan. Very nice pics. Kizashi indeed looks muscular. Some of the mods are good. Swift with white interior looks neat. But i could not stop laughing when i saw that wagon-R with a ladder.

Great going people.

Great detailed Pics Rehaan. Kizashi Looks like a Civic competitor(Way better then civic atleast in looks) and as its been speced as an AWD, Kudos Suzuki ! The R3 Concept, I see something too good to be true in there. I really hope they start selling those body kits and alloys for the cars.

Thanks again Rehaan

Nice pics.

The kizshazi looks really good. Nice symmetry to the whole car.

The Ritz was the best looking mod job. Somehow i like the Ritz rear . I don't know why people bash the rear side of ritz.

@ Rehaan .. I guess someone was trying very hard not to get distracted and let the camera focus shift !

Great coverage Rehaan. Kizashi sure is a show stealer.
You have correctly pointed out it to be a well proportioned package.
With aggressive pricing this car is sure gonna take gleam off the likes of civic.

Maruti sure has advantage here and the car will be another scorcher like SX4.

Overall design is good, however the exhaust pipes should have been integrated rather than sticking out. They somehow spoil the overall well balanced rear view.

The R3 is definitely the show stealer for Maruti. The production version might not be too far away as can be seen from the Opel/Vauxhall Meriva. It has the potential to throw open the unexplored compact 7-seater MPV segment.

The Kizashi is not too far behind. Yes, the front end does resemble the SX4s, but that is the now familiar Suzuki design language for you. The side profile from A-pillar backward is very Alfa Romeo-esque. This car if manufactured in India has the potential to upset a few 'upmarket' brands.

greatt coverage rehaan.....
Kizashi is one of the most anticipated car from Suzuki stable in years.. and lets hope they dont do blunders in stripping it down and using low grade materials for interiors...

Also as far as RIII is concerned... remember what happened to A-star... we saw a sexy concenpt but there came out of the production "an ugly looking car"... no where neasr to its concept...

Some more Maruti

Here are a few pics from my side.
As Rehaan mentioned, Maruti was more of a damp squib this time
