Saw an interview today in Car & Bike show,
X1 to be priced at 10-15 % over the price band of 19-20 Lacs

Seems like its going to be around the same price as that of 320d Corporate edition.

If the X1 is priced around 25 Lakh, its going to set the sales charts on fire. It may even attract the Fortuner buyers!
