I have used their service twice in Bangalore and have been charged Rs. 300/- each time for the visit. They are quite prompt in responding though.

24x7 RSA is like insurance. You never know when you need it but when you do, it saves you big time! So imagine a lady driving a car at 11pm that stalls for reasons unknown to her. RSA is a blessing! Rs.500 is the last thing on your mind.
But they need to do more that these initiatives. And they could start by being reasonable with their service costs!
