I saw the 370Z at forum too. I have to change my opinion now. Looks good in the flesh as an overall package. But the price tag is way too high IMO.

370Z at the Forum

The Forum played host to the 370z , it was a crowd puller. Phone and digi cams galore. Here a few shots from my side.

The Nissan 370Z is a good car on Paper, but once you see it in the metal, its dissapointing to say the least. First time to see it, the first thing you notice will be the flared rear wheel arch and the massively disproportionate tyre. Then the red colour stares you in the face! For me the 370Z is a flop product.

Motion seconded brother . It is no doubt good enough with the three hundred and thirty three horses but the flared "look-at-me" wheel arches spoil it all . The front is still good but the rear looks worse than a Dacia Sandero :P

I don't know why, it feels as though the design aspect of the 370Z grows on you.
At first glance, hated it outright!
At second glance, hated it even more!
When I finally went to take a closer look, when it was on display here in Bangalore, I was absolutely disgusted with the flared rear wheel arch, the uninviting interiors, the absolutely disproportionate design and the headlamps! I started hating it so much that I did not even bother taking pics.
But somehow, I've started getting used to it now.

OT:
Its a very similar feeling to the one, when the santro was launched.
Looked like a frog and came in bright colours.
Everyone thought that it is a sheer waste.
Went on to become one of the most trusted cars in India.

Let us wait and watch what happens with the 370Z.
Will it only be a reminder to the "Z" badge or will it carve out a definite clientele in the niche segment?
Only time will tell.

As for the quality of pictures :

Nice snaps, but then again, I'd buy a 350 anyday over the 370. It has much more character to itself. I hate the wanna-be attitude which is oozing from the 370.

OT - @smalhotra - Looks like we belong to the E series club and very much shows in the quality.
