Nice initiative and best of luck for the future.

Quite honestly I find it hard to say anything beyond that since I wouldn't be very amused at the idea of just "free" since most of it is Rephrased Press Releases and rephrased EU magazine articles.

I really want to ask what equipment are you using to test the vehicles?

I'm sure with time the magazine will start having a few priginal pieces and thoughts as well.

I work for the same industry but primarily for publications outside India so could easily make out what was lifted from where.

However, kudos for bringing out the free concept to the Indian market and I'm sure this will provide as a platform for many aspiring and good writers to prove their potential and if successful force the magazines to rethink their ridiculous pricing.

the content too seems to be in some places more than a month old so maybe you guys can try and get more recent content into the magazine.

Going fully digital is the way .And the speed at which the digital hits ppl will be faster and the number of ppl who get to access digital also increases many folds. Imagine ppl who forward this via digitally, it will be many times the size of hard copies.
So please plan to go fully digital . This will also reduce your distribution and manpower costs( zero basically ) .

Kudos ,all the best .

PS:This is the same reason I have stopped daily news papers and any other kind off mags.
This is the link: Quarter Mile

And by the way, they have an E-mag also on the website

Congrats & all the best Vivek for this initiative

I was initially skeptical about the First free magazine claim as that would be Motoroids but then realized that yours is paper print first.

Nice coverage in the first edition.

Congrats Vivek! This is a brilliant idea.
Now some doubts:
1. Is the mag officially launched?
2. Is it available all over India?
3. What should I do to get a copy or to subscribe it?

Great initiative.

Hi Vivekji,

This is a novel idea and an industry first, like many have said here.

Wishing you the very best for continued success towards your efforts. The e-mag idea is great too, for those who'd like to read but not waste the paper & print material[s].

Cheers.

Congratulations!
And as long as the content of the magazine is good, I don't mind the ads. Atleast they inform me whats new in the market for my car.
