Is Fusion still available? Though not listed on Ford India page, Fusion details are still on Ford site here.

One of my friends is looking for a diesel car with high GC (diesel for long drives and GC to drive to his farm land). If not Fusion, anything similar?

Not any more! Has been pulled off when Figo launched! What you see is a dedicated link. Nothing on the main site links to it. If something still does, it's oversight I guess.

If he can stretch his budget. There are a couple of options. The Skoda Yeti will be launched soon. Something many Fusioners are looking forward to as a replacement.

Then are the traditional Diesel MUVs. Tavera, Xylo & Innova . SUVs like the Safari and the Bolero, Scorpio etc. Of course none of these can match the handling of the Fusion.

Of course there is the Premier Rio if he can take the risk.

Or he can look for one in the used market. There should be many good examples around.
