There 2nd phase was on till 21st. Anybody has got any idea when will the results be out?

Guys I was informed during the test that the results will be out on 22nd.
But I see no updates in the Website nor here ! I guess this year its a real tough one for MS and Autocar

I have been selected for young driver of the year. I got a call from the autocar guys sometime back. Informing me that the event is on 29th. I just wanted to know according to you guys how should i prepare for it.

aargee, the list is published in the link, it doesn't have any thing saying how and what were the criteria for selecting the top 30.

I remember seeing somwhere that the scores of the 2 test will be considered and also the time taken for the quiz(Rd 1).

I got through as well. Received a call and the initial email with the itinerary but have not received the follow up email with the flight details as yet.

Yes guys I got the email regarding the finals. Its on 29th in Delhi. Have already received my ticket. Will keep you posted on the progress. I have my fingers crossed.

So, 3BHPians out of 30 finalists. I must say a healthy 10% ratio.

The results are going to be published in the next issue (May 10).The event was great fun made some great friends. Met two team bhp members greasemonk and captainsokhi.

Now getting back to the event. We reached Delhi and we checked into the hotel and left for the IDTR. There was initial round of speeches. Followed by the drawing of chits( which would give us the order in which me would take test). The course basically comprised of the following:
1. Slalom section.
2. H section
3. Reverse S-bend
4. Forward S-bend
5. Parallel park
6. Perpendicular Parking
and some more stuff.
All and all it was easy stuff. But the problem all of us team bhp guys is all we think is SPEED!!

PS: ashwin if you read this change ur handle to captain glenmorangie . lol :-)
