Guys a Quick question:

i10 Kappa is rated at 80 bhp @ 5200 rpm and torque 11.1 kgm @ 4000 rpm.
Polo's is 74 bhp @ 4500 rpm and torque 11.2 kgm @ 3750 rpm

Which will have better drivability in city and on highways?

These statistics alone may not be enough to conclude. lot of other aspects like weight, gear ratio etc will matter. a road test will be better to judge the difference.

i dont think. You will get those extra colors in highline which you dont get in trendline as well

what does this means? 6 years of anti corrosion warranty?

The prices mentioned are ex-showroom delhi, so prices in Bangalore would be much more than those mentioned! So they look little on higher side.

May be, i20 also might feel some heat especially due to "German Engineering, made in India" tag!

GTO,

Do we have TD report planned. i am eagerly waiting

Good that ACI got almost the price.
But still feel that High end is bit overpriced and I20 is going to feel the heat for sure.

@Windride, the Polo engine does look marginally better on Paper, but the BHP/Ton will swing in favour of I10 I believe.

hmmm point to be noted. excise is supposedly going to change. but then probably not for engines < 1.2. So 1.6 may go through price change IMHO

Thanks for confirming the prices GTO.

I have been eagerly waiting for this. Hope I manage to convince my dad for the polo instead of swift Diesel..

Just one query.. will the trendline model have an RPM meter?? any one?

comparing it to swift vdi.. I am ok not to have fog lights and rear power windows..but if RPM meter isnt there.. I anit no going for trendline.. Highline please!!! I am ok with white and red on trendline!
