scoop prices were very close for entry level variants whereas for top two variants Ford has priced it even less than scoop prices.
Hope that such pricing for Diesel variants would somehow force other manufacturers to correct prices of their models.

Sure Ford have priced it right ,will put dent to Swift's sales no two ways about that.

Was interested in petrol version even the A*S is downright pathetic in my area,but then power of the petrol version is way too less. *disappointed*

It's indeed lesser than the scoop prices provided by Mustang. Smart marketing, FORD. Hats off !!!!!!!

Actual instead of scoop prices:

1.2 EXI : 3.81 instead of 3.85 lakhs (-4 K)

Think i just found my first car - now just need to get the internal (read wife/mom) approvals and finances in order.

From what i gather, the Zxi diesel would be a good buy for me - only city driving minimal highway stints on weekends-what say guys??

So Ford has let out the Cat among the Pigeons. Fabulous Pricing. VFM. Petrol and Diesel Titanium makes great case for themselves at Rs 4,42,900 and Rs 5,29,900 respectively.

I see Figo 1.4 D Titanium OTR slightly less than 6lakhs. Diesel numbers of Vista, Swift, Ritz, Punto, Polo will start taking a hit.

Base price of Punto 1.3 MJD is 5,24,946 (Ex-Mumbai). One can get Figo D Titanium for few thousands more.

I see that Ford has emailed Pricing immediately to potential customers and existing customers in its database. Thats brilliant.
