1 lakh price difference between petrol and diesel.

isn't that too much a premium with an uncertain future about diesel subsidy?

Whoa, Mustang.101 had it spot-on!! BRILLIANT pricing by Ford. I am so glad that they didn't start high, only to discount later.

This is VFM right from day one. All hail the brilliance of competition! First Chevy with the Beat, and now Ford with the Figo.

OMG ! What a nice pricing, who says post budget cars get expensive. I pity those who bought those hatchbacks in Feb.

Good Job on the Pricing - Both Team-BHP and FORD.

Since the pricing is all around - here is a quick look at the specs

Wow, the pricing is phenomenal. The Figo TDCi would be THE car to buy in that price range. Mustang did mention that the final prices would be slightly lower than what he originally posted. Congrats on one of the biggest scoops of this year.

Ford website is lousy even on a normal day. Kiku, you listening? Please add a few more servers.

Your absolutely right - prices are bound to be lesser in Chennai.

Good News becomes great....!

Unstoppable Ford.

Yes, and I did see some TD Figo's lined up at the new SRP Tools dealership in Perungudi. Guess its time to take that TD and book the vehicle.

Ford's got some 'Total maintanence plan' for the Figo. It's mentioned in the brochure. Anyone got any info on that? Was it available for the current Ford lineup?

Superb, sensible, practical volume monging Pricing.

Now Ford asap please Bring the A/T as option on all variants at 25-40K add on pricing.

FORD please keep spare parts prices Lower and expand service stations. More importantly FORD please don't increase the pricing after tasting volumes.

Tata-vista, Maruti-swift, Hyundai-i10-i20 should be worried of loosing volumes.

In India Open car market competion has just begun. Thanks to GM and Ford for correct priced offering to Indians through Beat and Figo.

Wow, Ford had filled the gap for a Diesel with ABS and Airbag under 5.5 L, brilliant pricing. I am sure Matruti will fee the heat soon. Now for has to prove that their A.S.S has improved.

Heard that they are waiting for approval from Ford for TD. Chennai Ex-Showroom and OTR will be released at 5 pm.

All Mustang's pricing have been undercut by a few 000's. None increased. Is it the effect of ford reading tBHP and deciding to reduce further?

Superb pricing Ford. At last they got it right !!. Now my next car almost surely will be a Figo - Diesel Titanium. No employee or supplier discount offered this time - no wonder - i'm sure that they cannot go much lower than this price. Here is wishing Ford all the best in India!!

can rear seat head-rests be fixed in after-market?
lack of it is a deal-breaker for me, especially on long drives :(
