Late by 2 yrs for me anyway my car also has 4 yrs. 150 K warranty but every part which breaks down is invariably out of warranty or finds a reason for same . This is with 100% city usage and no accident . Regarding appointments and service time and billing time if it can happen in time mentioned my best wishes .

I was offered a 1 year membership for the tata 24x7 helpline (otherwise it would be on a per incident basis) @ 550. Bought it

Let's hope I'll not have to use it though!

I am a Safari owner. Out of blue I received a gift item (a bag like item) from
Service Edge today. There was no covering letter or anything accompanying
whatsoever that would explain why they are extending this favor!

Is this how they begin and later on introduce themselves? Strange if so ...
