Swift Diesel BSIV version launched?

Guys, is Swift Diesel BSIV version launched? The Swift site is updated with BSIV prices along with BSIII prices, but both prices are same! Does that mean the BSIII model will be available in cities other than those 13 cities which go to BSIV level?

Why Maruti is so silent about these engine upgrades?

Speaking about the Swift Diesel, it need not be a change/upgrade to the engine to meet emission standards.

As for petrols I understand that for vehicles with are already BS-IV compliant a warning light linked to the Lambda sensor will be added to indicate if the car starts polluting.
