1. This is off topic as this thread deals with the gen 2 fiesta and there are already 2 threads operating & discussing the fiesta classic.

2. This is a huge discount for new customers.

3. The variants are different and cost cutting especially in aesthetics department is obvious and easily visible.

4. Let's just discuss the new fiesta in this thread. You are welcome on the other two threads to discuss the fiesta classic.

Lighter Note :

Mustang, it is all Fire, Flames, Fumes and Festivities on your new Ford Fiesta thread and the you Follow it up by Fueling the Forum every now and then.....good going.

By the way things are moving, would make sense to keep the old Fiesta till one can.

Serious Note :

Would the following discounts / bonus be applicable :

1. Loyalty Bonus (1 car old)
2. Old Timers' Loyalty Bonus (2 cars old)
3. Sufferer's Club Relief (for those who suffered bad service in the past)
4. Corporate Discount

and finally

5. T-BHP Discount

Would the following discounts / bonus be applicable :

1. Loyalty Bonus (1 car old) : Yes

2. Old Timers' Loyalty Bonus (2 cars old) : No, i fought with my company as i was two ford cars old when i bought my fiesta. They did not agree.

3. Sufferer's Club Relief (for those who suffered bad service in the past) : No but maybe you will get better service.

4. Corporate Discount : Maybe but we have to wait a month to clarify things, remember when the figo was launched, ford did not give corporate discount for the first 1-2 months and then started giving.

and finally

5. T-BHP Discount : If team-bhpians buy 100 cars at one time in a bulk deal, i will get you some sweet discounts hahaha, On a more serious note, No.
Very Nice of you to write that and please find my answers in Bold. I hope you were referring to the new fiesta, On the other hand the answers, in case you were referring to the fiesta classic, are also the same.

Is the launch for only the sedan version? I had read somewhere in mustang's post that they are contemplating on its hatch sibling for release here as well.

Right now, Only the sedan, the hatch is being evaluated. New Ford India site is up, based on the US ford site, it looks really neat. Check it out, Now!

The new website is great! Very well designed & user friendly. Everything is very accessible & the layout is well thought out.

Cheers,
I really suggest you get your car thoroughly checked out at a reputable & reliable garage. I own a petrol verna & havnt faced any problems whatsoever. 120 & over, its very planted & no wobbles at all. But yes, i have upsized my tyres as i dont believe in going over 110 on skinny stock tyres.

Folks

I can sense excitement everywhere on the new release. But what nickname do we give it?

Team-bhp has coined names like OHC, NHC, ANHC, Verna Deform, etc. So would the new Fiesta be 'NFF' (New Ford Fiesta) ?

Reminds me of my all time favorite game - NFS
NFF would do well as a name for the 2011 Fiesta. Would get the adrenalin pumping just through the name :P Specially since its claimed to be a sub 10 second car to 100.

NFS sounds real cool--looks like you have a winner here! What say, guys?

Meantime, the Autocar website seems to been restored, and I liked the review of the NFS. I also read the review of the New Verna, but at the end, the weight indicated in the tabular display seems to be wrong for the Verna.

So we have NFF (New Ford Fiesta) and FFC (Ford Fiesta Classic).

The new Ford India website looks super cool. They have renamed the ZXi variant to CLXi. Wonder what they meant by that.

It has been renamed as it has been restructured, It loses a lot of goodies also including essential ones like ABS.

NFS looks better at the moment !! NFS == New Fiesta Sedan, since we might get the hatch as well later ! And yes, like the game, this is surely a FTD car and will excite anyone who drives it [as per the reviews].

It looks fresh & neat. Kudos on the new site. Only thing it lacks now is the line-up. 3 looks wanting.

Would support NFS and FFC acronyms.

+1 to NFS and FFC

Also, congratulations to Ford India on updating their website - it now looks and feels very professional.
