No, It does not but it has a dog bar like, front impact beam to protect the radiator.

I feel that the under-tyred look has vanished and the bulk of sheet metal at the rear feels lesser now But it looks a segment smaller too though
Thanks mayankk, actually its good to see that you don't mind the expanse of metal at all.
I will take your design anyday compared to the original. The front sloping stance is ugly and cheap.

Thats comforting. With bumpers getting flimsy'er day by day, the radiator and related parts are vulnerable even in the case of a slight mishap.

IIRC, the Figo does not have it, right?

Just got a call from Ford call center, the lady mentioned Ford is eyeing 2nd week of May for the launch.

If this is true, then it's time for some blitzkrieg!
Clash of the titans!

I guess they were waiting for the new Verna's launch and pricing. Now that the Verna is almost launched, I guess Ford need not wait any longer.

There is already a review on the new Verna posted today on this forum.

Waiting eagerly for an NFS review.

The month of may looks to be more exciting now. Two new car launches which shall shake up the sedan segment. It will be interesting to see monthly car sales of the subsequent months.

re: New Ford Fiesta Unveiled : Report & Pics - Page 120

I have a request for the mods : I know it has not been done till now. I am making this request as TBHP Reviews have till date been so greatly unbiased.

When we get the TBHP review of the NFS would it be possible to make a seperate post on difference between NFS and AHNV. This would give a great idea on what is what.

I am sure, that thread would get great viewership too.. Let us know if this would be possible.

I dont think for an enthusist NFS vs ANHV is necessary. We all know what to pick.

I think we should have a shootout between NFS, T-jet, VentoD.
This segment is getting hotter and hotter. Chevy is going to come up with optra replacement. If they put the powerplant from Cruze, it will be another rocket.

And now add the Skoda Rapid (when it makes its appearance!)

I do not agree with your statement & I too am very much interested in a NFS vs ANHV comparison as proposed by xingamazon. Both these cars are being launched at the same time & people like me who are looking for an upgrade to a sedan are very much interested in getting to know the pros & cons of each of the models. An enthusiast can be a family person, who may like to take a family of 5 on outstation trips occasionally, so which one suits the best. There could be other such factors, based on which if the two cars are compared, we could arrive at a well thought over decision.

Thanks for picking my design Prmd_cochin But don't you think that the fluidity has been lost and also the car looks a segment smaller when edited?
