seems the dada in that Sumo was a bullock-cart driver and was so used to having two "horns" in his vision so he carried it on in his Sumo. That looks hilarious (my 2 cents)

I feel the old Sumo suits our 'dadagiris' best. The Sumo is ugly, crude and elementary.

I couldnt agree with you more Ambivalent. Outright hilarious just thinking about it.

This is still a small one, as mentioned earlier, the scorpio i had seen in gurgaon had mighty muscular horns. Probably secretly sold by Mahindra as a hood ornament to go with its new image. Only criteria would be that the owner should have a bull riding license ;-) ROTFL

The new dadagiri vehicle for me.
White Tata aria with pitch black windows. And a large veritical metal 'guiding' bar in front of the center grille. Coupled with a huge Maharashtra lettered Marathi no plate.

Tata safari and mahindra Scorpios are for the well to do DADAs. While small dadas vehicle is definitely the Sumo. While really powerful dada's vehicle should be nothing less than a fortuner

Generally in Telugu movies you find the leader dada going in Safari or the Scorpio, while other followers use a Sumo

Re: India's Best 'Dada'giri cars

Have seen most of the dacoit characters on the soaps on colous using Scorpios and Innova's as their intimidating rides. The famous Ammaji and her black Scorpio

One can add the white Fortuner to the list, specially after this car has been showcased as the typical Bollywood villain's car.
E.g. bodyguard, singham, etc.

In older films, the Maruti Omni was the vehicle for gangs... easy to kidnap someone by dragging them in!

I would imagine a dada driving a black Mahindra Thar... no roof, Jeep Wrangler style roll bar, a set of four accessory lights, upgraded tyres, upgraded seats, and rockin' speakers.

Re: India's Best 'Dada'giri cars

Wow, That blew me away. That sure is a dadagiri car.
Is that a face lift version of the xenon, or are those aftermarket lights?
