Hope they don't give you one even now without any paint at all!! Jokes aside, I have booked one in colour Chill and put down Sea Grey as my second option, which in afterthought I have been regretting and hoping the company/dealer don't use that as an escape route. Even though I don't mind the grey colour, but I only want my (Cool) Figo in Chill!

Dang - that was a good one. I think we need to have a Pre Booking Checklist.

I'd like to plug all the tricks of the dealer with that one. We can attach that with all the order forms.

Someday, we'll have a citizen's/consumer law book for the government and private business. Why should the Govt and businesses only have rules, laws and policies.

I think they are going to send one in the color of steel. Pure Metallic !!!

They just saved themselves a big can of paint.

Which one would be a good option Figo Titanium Petrol or Figo EXI Diesel since my budget is around Rs 5.5L.

If you want FE and lower fuel costs, Diesel.

If you're for safety and refinement and be richer by 1 lakh - go for the Petrol.

I've had a Petrol all these years, I'd like to take the leap to Diesel. Especially because the petrol prices are going to shoot up unabated.

Of course - this is my personal opinion.

Thanks Brix, I was not thinking of the Diesel version at all, but when I was checking with my friends 15-20K Kms in a year they are telling me to go for diesel.

I am not a fan of diesel engines, but the FE of Diesel engine will save me around 35K annually, but I will be shelling more on EMI and maintainance, So is it worth going for it, will my 35K saving on Fuel will be spent on additional maintainance of Diesel engines.

Based on results of the above 2 points, I would make a choice which may involve some compromises. of course, there are far many factors that ppl consider like mileage, no. of kms/month, resale value, proven engine, etc. but i guess you have already considered them and your decision doesn't involve them.

Thanks Scan D, I need to stick to my budget hence I can go for EXI Diesel, else Tatinium Petrol.

I liked the Titanium, it has all the features like high end sedans have. But the dealer tole me the Figo mileagefor Petrol would be around 12-13 in city and Diesel Mileage would be 17-18.

Not much aware of Ford engines, which one would be a better option.

Also how are the resale values differing between Petrol and Diesel engines. I may sell only after 5 year term. So want a engine which will be good and give less trouble for 5 years.

He is entitled to his opinion just like everyone else. And as a prospective customer, he does have the right to ask questions about the mileage. Nothing wrong with it.

So what's the waiting time for an Endeavour? I bet it's less than a Squeeze ZXi petrol with black dash.
