They have used some bizzare images. Anil Ambani's Gallardo has been pictured as a Murci and O.P Bhatt's Altis takes the cake :

Kumar Birla drives a 5 series, damn I should feel guilty buying one

AFAIR, Azim Premji used to come in his good old Ford escort for very long. And finally replaced by Corolla

WTH is a Tata Sedan?

OP Bhatt's Corolla isn't his own afaik, its a bank vehicle.

And I doubt any of them *drive* their own cars.

Really stupid pics

Gautam Singhania has his own museum full of cars I believe and he actually drove his 760Li during an episode of 'Boss' day out'

I never knew there were cars called Tata sedan and Mercedes Kompressor! One of the worst articles I have ever read.

My friends from Wipro once told me that Azim Premji used a humble Maruti Esteem to commute in Bangalore.

This was in around 2002.

I head that Airtel's Sunil Bharti Mittal has bought the Rolls Royce couple of years ago. S500 was used by him earlier to the latest car. His 2 brother Rakesh (elder) & Rajan (younger) used to be driven around in S350s each at that time when I was a regular in their Mehrauli Corporate Office.

Ratan Tata uses the Tata Inidigo Marina (with rear seats removed) to ferry his dogs. At present he uses the California, Nano & few other cars.

Anil Dhirubhai Ambani uses the Land Rover, which is also his favourite car.

I have also seen Shivs Nadar's RR on the DND Toll-road more than a couple of times, if I am not mistaken.

You are correct Shiv Nadar has a blue-greyish colored RR.

Definitely the wost article, and I am not sure how updated it is.
AFAIK, KM Birla is driven in either the old (2000s) 5 series, or a Q7 or a Camry (ca's I have seen him in or heard he sits in).
Similarly, Ratan Tata is one of the few who drives his own car and I have seen him driving his Civic.
P.S: Most of these people have multiple cars for different occasions.

TATA Sedan looks nice. Is it a special car only for him or is it stated incorrectly?

The Tata Indigo Marina part is right, so is the Ferrari California part. But the Nano....NO. He dosnt actually have a Nano in his garage
Here is the link to the article about Ratan Tata and his very LATEST cars-

Ratan Tata and his cars | Autocar India

& here are his quotes on all his cars 1 by 1 -

Ratan Tata on his cars
Ferrari California: “It’s the most exhilarating car I have. The sound is fantastic and it turns heads.”

Maserati Quattroporte: “It’s softer than the Ferrari and is also terrific to drive.”

Cadillac XLR: “This roadster is one of my favourites. The acceleration is impressive and the suspension is quite stiff by American standards.”

Chrysler Sebring: “I just love the colour of this car. In fact, the Indica we first showcased in Geneva in 1998 was painted the same colour.”

Land Rover Freelander: “It drives quite well and I love the red upholstery.”

Mercedes 500 SL: “When I got it, it was terrific but it’s now just another car.”

Mercedes S-class: “It’s for normal use and after the sports cars it feels like butter and goes like a glider!”

Indigo Marina: “I’ve removed the backseat and put a mattress to take my dogs in it.”

I have seen Deepak Parekh been driven around in a Camry.
Anand Mahindra used to drive around in a Scorpio when in Davos for the World Economic Forum.
I am not really sure if this is the original site of the man of good times, but worth a look - http://www.mallyacollection.com/mall...ion=collection

Thank you for correcting me... but sometimes an image tells a story.
