I have been following this tread for some time, the response from Tata seems quite poor. This kind of customer service is real bad press for TM.

I have a V2 LGI petrol, done 17000 kms & been thru 3 services, So far my own experience has been very goo though in terms of service.

Got the big news yesterday after an endless wait.

Will give you all the details as soon as I get over the shock.

Disappointed but not Disheartened.

couldnt believe the case has been dismissed.

It makes me very sad, to know about the case results. Do not give up. Now is the time for the forum members to pool togather their ideas on the options left to pursur for Varunroy.

I am not shocked, in our country, this is what we can expect as STANDARD. What we see in newspapers, where Consumer Courts pass verdict favoring the consumer, are mere aberrations.

I am afraid, that Varun's case didn't come out as one of those different cases. My wishes are with Varun.

A case can't be dissmissed just like that. Give TATA Motors some benefit of doubt. I am not questioning anyone's credibility, just that we need to be a little objective here.
No offences to anyone, just my point of view.

Varun, Talk to your lawyers re. appeal to State commission. Get a detailed order copy out cause that will list the reasons for dismissal.

In case you want me to help you with analysing the order from a legal viewpoint or nay other help, feel free to PM me.

Take heart, this is just the first step- you can fight all the way to the Supreme court if need be!

I agree. From what we have heard so far it was a water-tight case that couldnt have been dismissed. If it was dismissed it would be useful to know the grounds under which the case was dismissed.

We have seen only one side of the coin - the other side is unknown.
