Wow! Why are they throwing this much money into this?
For 500 cars, 10 Ltrs pr petrol x 52 x 500 = 2,60,000

I guess will be a Swift stampede

Maruti Suzuki is organizing a parade on the 30th of May in Delhi, Mumbai and Chennai. The celebrations mark the fifth birthday in India. All the owners are invited to register themselves and join the parade that will happen simultaneously in three cities in India. The attempt is expected to set a new Guinness record. What’s more, owners even get a special certificate for their participation. Maruti calls it as “FLAUNT YOUR SWIFT SET A WORLD RECORD. GET FAMOUS” and “The Incredible SWIFT RECORD OF RECORDS”. The last date for registration is 28th May. So Hurry!

The Swift owners who wishes to be part of the largest car parade, can assemble with thier Swift at 8.00 am in the following venues.

I received a call and the guy at the other end promised to send the details via mail but its been two days already and no mails yet. They are finding it too difficult to manage the crowd I guess.

I just got a call from a Gurgaon number, the guy said he was calling from Maruti. He took my address and hung up before i could say/ask anything.
