o yes with you on this i mean they are to understand the psychology of the consumer as nowdays honda does not command any snob value with the likes of VW, nissan or ford. Seriously i am not surprised to see sales shoot up of ford due to the figo because i think ford people knew what people wanted and provided with a quality product.

MSIL - June 2010 Sales Figures

Here is the sales figure from MSIL for the month of June 2010.

The sales seems to be settling down from the high month of April. But still year on year June month growth is around 32 %.

Waiting for GTO/Vasudeva to put the detailed analysis of all manufacturers.

What is going on.... Last month is like Maruti's Highest Monthly sales. This month is off by atleast 15% from last month.

Looks like Maruti Shipped a lot of vehicle in advance due to its annual Maintenance shut down, which is why May 2010 sales was much higher than ususal.

Can someone post Hyundai,Tata,Mahindra GM or Honda......
Also looking forward to Nissan's Micr(o)a Numbers.

Hyundai sales up 18.9%

HMIL`s total sales for June, 2010 stood at 46,254 units as against 47,266 units in June, 2009. The domestic sales accounted for 27,366 units as against 23,016 units in June, 2009 registering a growth of 18.9 % while the exports declined by 22.1% from 24,250 units in June, 2009 to 18,888 units in June, 2010.

The segment-wise cumulative sales for the month of June, 2010 are as follows:
A2 segment (Santro, i10, Getz & i20) 42,099 units;
A3 Segment (Accent & Verna) 4,137 units;
A5 segment (Sonata Transform) 18 units.
