Well no car is perfect.. i own one too... things that MUL should improve upon instead of facelifting include:

1. Poor gearshift (espcially that reverse gear)

2. Low rear visibility (especially those stupid rvms)

3. At least give internally adjustable ovrms in LXI..

4. Bad A and B pillars...

5. Non supportive seats (no underthigh support)

6. Slightly(compared to xing) subdued lower end response.

If they make this changes, i would buy another wagonR when i need to change!

It's not vxi but the true Japanese engined VX mine only makes 62 comapared to the new engines 64.

It doesnt have EPS or any kinda power steering but has a company stereo(only offered in the first few cars) and a tachometer

Ours was the fifth car in the city.

and FYI wagonR also had an AX cersion then

Wagon R + is a slightly larger model but looks identical. Comes with a 1.3 liter engine

Why does wagon R (and for that matter all maruti cars) have such a sad gearshift? You feel like it the stick is supported by springs-you have to struggle so hard to find the right groove.

Now Hyundai steerings-well they are a pleasure to drive!

Maruti has relaunched Primea, following tremendous response which saw the wagonr sales roaring at an all time high.

Did they stop making the Primea in the first place? I saw a new unregistered one around december or january anyhow. So if they stopped it must have been only for that proverbial hyphenation

As someone said earlier, do not worry they will be back with a Primea II around christmas. Well, looks like they are back with a new year version instead
