Hyundai has launched the facelifted Verna Transform.

No mention on the website, no snaps in the news article, a bity fisy. Is it the new verna or just a facelift?

Expected changes:
  • alloy wheels to be standard across all the variants
  • Outside mirrors with integrated turn lights on them as standard.
  • new centre console as well as a dashboard.
  • a different mp3 player/radio, speedo and tacho dials and iPod connectivity along with a USB port.
Pricing to be untouched.

I saw the car here near a dealership being driven around, probably getting ready for delivery. Looked better than on pictures, seems like the dealerships have already gotten the facelifted model ready to sell.

As some people have commented that it looks better in the flesh than the pictures, i sure hope its true. Cause the front grill almost makes me cringe. Reminds me of the Santro grill when it was first launched.

The Verna has indeed been transformed & how!!

^^ It looks alright, doesn't mean good. Personally, I feel its better than before, but Verna was never a looker. Other than the grill, everything else looks better than the current version. It would have been better if this face-lift was avoided and Hyundai had launched the upgrade as in China and other markets.

Interior looks very nice with stylish 2din music system.
Only they could have changed the grill with more attractive one than the present
old look type grill?

I wish they had given better alloys and wider tyres on the new verna. and looking at the picture I am not sure if I like the new front design or just prefer my old verna.

The Price list for this New Verna is updated for only Delhi. So that means it is not yet available in other locations?
I thought Chennai or near-by locations also should have got this vehicle, since it is manufactured there?

Verna diesel automatic has been available for a while now.

But again, no airbags in the top end version also.
