Wheel alignment in 149 Rs is tempting but if it is multibrand please ensure they have correct alignment values :-)

TML offers similar service including under body bolt tightening and excluding rust proofing and wheel alignment FOC in almost weekly free checkup camps to customers ( at-least Safari customers) for whole year, Only problem is competing dealers call you every alternate week

Appears to be tempting but is it like a medical check up camp where one pays a few hundred for the check-up and later ends up paying thousands and lakhs for the diseases that were detected by the camp docs?

Good idea by Mahindra First Choice !

But please check if the MFC workshops have the mentioned facilities in-house ! Their Bangalore workshop ( Jakkasandra ) does not have the basics - no skilled mechanics, no car hoist, no pressure wash ( tap and pipe wash ), no wheel alignment. I wouldn't risk the parts in my car for a simple check up ! once bitten.

Yes, I took this offer from Mahindra First Choice in Chennai. Here, it was offered in the month of May-June itself. So, I took it up after completing my 2500 km long trip which was posted here.

The car was totally nasty like any other vehicle would be after such a long drive and the First Choice people did a fairly good job. The car was nice and neat from both outside and inside. Since that is what I mostly wanted, I was happy with it.
