i20 is 90 hp from 1.4, punto is 90 hp from 1248..

i believe the Tag says "Im the fastest Diesel Hatch" and not "I'm Fastest Diesel Hatch with a Smaller Engine"

Plus the Extra Torque and Not to mention the faster performance figures if going according to the test's conducted by Autocar and other Magazines.

Th engine is considerably silent at idle than the FGT, just started it. didn't drive as it was undergoing PDI.
But the car seems much better. Interior quality is only a bit improved, rest the same 2010 BS 4 punto as it is. It cries for better interiors.
Initially only comes in emotion pack, was told that it will be very competitively priced.

I wish they would reduce the price of the FGT punto e-pack to somewhere around the Figo titanium's price and price the 90hp e-pack at the current FGT e-pack levels

Well the button could be damaged for any number of reasons...what's your point though ?? Could not really get it

AC button is not damaged, I pressed it but forgotten to turn it off. The car was undergoing PDI, so some wiring can be seen under the steering. But, I hope that this car rocks. I plan to rive it soon once it is ready.

^^ Thanks a ton for sharing the pics. I am really excited about this car. Fiat has listened to the Indian car enthusiast's request, and that is fantastic.

Since you have owned the FGT Punto for a while, it'll be great to hear your feedback about the VGT. If only there was some way for the engine to be run-in before the test-drive.

Thanks Sid; the interior is pretty much the same as my BS4 EP I took delivery on last Monday; except that the audio in my car is not "Blaupunkt" branded.

IMO, the crome garnish in the doorhandles looks el cheapo. Fiat should have provided some other visual clue - alloy in another design or a simple side badging for e.g. The garnish also works against the minimalist design philosophy that the Punto is based.
