I guess you could & your references could be correct. I do not feel that Chevy would like to mess with Tavera's image & also not let a bad engine choice ruin their economy muv chances in India.

Sorry, for writing on 6 month old thread. Since, couldn't find the information anywhere else am checking here.

I was planning to buy a Tavera-BS4, and the new engines are sourced from Sonalika, BS-III are ISUZU Panther Engines. Does anybody have any first hand experience with this Tavera BS4 vehicle already? Tavera BS4 was just launched this year.
