Drool! Looks like de-tuning is the way to go in India.
Anyway, I guess this will make the enthusiasts feel happy.

Any chance of this engine getting into Punto?

Nice scoop Sidindica

Did you get to test drive the T-jet Linea ? if yes, I would like to know the following things.

1. Driving dynamics with along with the power and refinedness as i read earlier
that 1.4 fire engine was not that refined (correct me if am wrong).

2. What about the plastic quality this time round is improved from earlier 2010
models or the same.

Thanks for the scoop sidindica.

The T-Jet will give Linea the much needed power. Just hope that Fiat prices it competitively.

I had the same feeling. Maybe the photos were shot on a test car in a place not accessible to customers. No one would show a car so dirty. Why would someone allow something like that to be photographed in the first place.

Sid is on it again. September first week seems the ideal time to exploit the festive season.

I believe the pics that Sid posted are not of the test car. Sid please do confirm if you actually got hold of the T-jet and drive it

We better wait for some details from Sid before speculating a lot.

I hope they improve the interior plastics quality this time.
Last week, I went to check Punto VGT 90bhp and was disappointed by it's interiors. Bad quality of various levers esp. driver seat height adjustment lever was clearly evident.

Nice Scoop, I hope that Fiat really uses this to their advantage unlike the recent upgrade they have done for the Fiat Punto 90 bhp.
