In depth analysis of Indian Auto Industry

Hey Guys!!

I found these two research papers which analyze India's auto-industry in very minute detail. I havent uploaded the entire paper because...well its kinda boring. However I've highlighted the interesting analysis here with regards to global competition.

The first set is from Ernst & Young. The second paper is from Boston Consulting Group.

I think these papers were made between late 2008-2009 since the Nano is mentioned. In any case its an interesting read and will give you a definitive picture into India's growing influence in the global auto industry.

Earnst & Young report on Indian Auto industry (this is bit old viz Oct 2009)
BCG report on Indian Auto Industry (This is Jan 2010 report)

i had the previous versions of these, now thanks to you i also got the latest ones.

I still cant believe how much Hyundai exports!!

Here I was thinking that Maruti was exporting thousands of cars a month, Hyundai has got everyone beat!
