| For a change this time Mercedes Benz have a dedicated AMG Stall at the Show. No stock Mercs here this time around. Instead there are some monsters from the AMG stable.. The SL63, the E63 and the big Daddy of them all the SLS AMG. I would call the SLS the star of the show . i had been waiting to see the car since a long time and now that I have, I am in love. The cockpit is mindblowing and you see carbon fibre almost everywhere. And the engine note? Of course its to die for. | Lamborghini yet again displaying the LP 560 just like last year. Its surprising how they have never managed to get a Murcielago for display in any of the ACI Shows so far. The Bugatti Veyron would have been an awesome display since it has been launched recent and is sold by the same dealer   Jaguar Land Rover have three cars on the display : The Range Rover Vogue, The Jaguar XJ and the XKR Convertible. | The BMW display is right next to the Merc stall. Nothing extraordinary on display here. There is a 7, an F10 5 Series, the new X5 and a Z4.   Volkswagen is close by. They have two Polo Cup cars on display along with a merchandise corner. The Cup cars look sweeet. | The Super Car Gallery has just three cars on display. The Ferrari 599 GTB, Audi R8 and Porsche Panamera S which the same car seen at the launch. The much expected Ferrari F458 didnt make it and the number of cars displayed could have been more. | After a long wait Mitsubishi finally launched and announced the prices of the EVO X at the ACI Show. The EVO will be priced at 49.95 lakhs ex showroom Delhi. Quite pricey really. Other cars giving the EVO company at the stall are the Montero and the Outlander      The Skoda stall has a two Yetis and the new Fabia on display. I like this colour on the Yeti as opposed to the white we had on our test car.    Thie Nissan stall is interesting. At first you will see two Micras and the 370Z sportscar but later you will realize that something is different. One of the Micras is diesel. The Micra D will be on the roads in December and will come in two variants XV and XV Premium. No word on the pricees yet. | Honda have a Jazz Sport with Mugen body kit all, a Jazz X alongside and the Civic, CRV and Accord     Toyotas stall was as unexcitinng as Honda. A Prius, Landcruiser, Prado and Camry. And yes an Etios 'Coming Soon' board in the background    GM Chevrolet display a Cruze and Captiva like last year  Ford only had the Endeavour on display. | Honda Motorcycles has gone all out with its display this year. Along with the line up of its Indian bikes, they have the big bikes like the VFR1200, CBR-1000RR Fireblade and the CB-1000R on display as well. The CB250R will be launched in April 2011. Some pictures      Honda are also having obstacle course sessions outside the main hall and also give riders tips in safe riding   I was surprised to see no stalls from the other biggies like Suzuki, Yamaha and Kawasaki DC Design are showcasing the Imperator SUV which was earlier seen at the Auto Expo this year. It eides on huge 28 inch alloys and really thin tyre profile. There is also a Fortuner with customized interiors. | Now for some other stalls at the Show Kiirus Tuning  These guys are into ECU remaping for your car using your stock ECU. They do this by using factory computer methods and say that your warranty remains intact post the remap. They work on both petrol and diesel cars and say that one gets around 15% of fuel saving post work done. Prices start at Rs.22,000 owards for Indian and Foreign cars. Their workshop is at Andheri in Mumbai. Oke Kids Car   Developed for small kids upto 8 years old, these cars are powered by a 12 volt electric motor and operates with an electronic throttle pedal. Some key points: The body is made up of fibre glass. Comes with a rechargable battery. | Report & Pics: Autocar Performance Show 2010 Mumbai Note: This report was actually uploaded on the 18th evening. A test thread was created, and eventually edited, to ensure that the official report is on the first page of the ACI show thread.  The Autocar Performance Show 2010 began today in Mumbai and will go on till Sunday the 21st of November. Most of the manufacturers have taken part this year.
