. This tempts me to switch my 2007 IKON for a Civic manual. I was actually looking for a fiesta or a city.

I think its reasonable price, I found a mint condition S AT in an ugly maroon colour with a sun roof and Napa for 6.7. 32k KM.

I think if the dealer paid him 6.75, thats quite good (look above)

Sounds a bit pricey, but then the maintenance must be immaculate. You can expect at least 20-25% (in not more) off the price today.

are you sure it is not a TD Vehicle. Please do a complete checkup and then decide on the same. Negotiate another 50k and try to get it for 10L / 9.75L

the new car G variant without leather costs 13.5 lakhs onroad in Bangalore. So 10 lakhs for a mint condition altis sounds ok.

If it's 13.5 on road Then I would say 9.5 / 9.75 will be a very good price of the same.

hello everyone,
i was planning to buy a used santro/ any other car in that segment. I dont prefer the wagon-r as i have already booked the new one. So which car would you suggest ? my priorities are:
1) Its mainly for city use.
2) Hence more preference goes to tall boy design.
3) price somewhere around 2.5 to 3(max)
4) I just need basic features like AC and Power steering and if i get something else in the deal, will be more happier! :-D
5) Appreciable fuel economy
*And i again underline that it is only for city drives.
After all these, the cars that clicked in my mind were
Santro
wagon-r
spark
i10(but maybe costlier)

But as i said earlier, have already booked a wagon-r , so it would be better if i get something else other than an used wagon-r. But i dont mind it either as there are plenty of well maintained ones in the market
so what are your suggestions guys??

And have one more thing to ask. I presently own a premier padmini 1989 model. Its in a very good condition with new suspension, battery and all. Some minor works were done to the door and its joints around a month back. And ac is in very good condition.

One 2005 RS with 50 K single owner got sold for 7.5 two three days ago.

One Red 2004 RS I saw at a dealer with loads of scratches and dubious looking interiors 75K.Three owners. The chap quoted 5.75.

One decent condition 2005 two owners 45K. Silver RS in todays papers. Guys quoting 7.70.

For those who are interested in a pre-worshipped Innova, here's a bit of useful info-->

A friend of mine sold his 2006 registered Innova for 7.10 lacs a week ago. He was the single owner. Bangalore registered and sold in Bangalore as well.

He got it from a dealer Shaman at Parle. Understand they are dealers for Honda Under the Name Arya Honda.

in mumbai these cars go for around 5-6 lacs!
