Hey, thats too low a price for the Innova. Down South, you will get atleast a lac more for sure. I didn't know cars were this cheap in Maharashtra.

If thats the case, could someone quote the price of a decent 2007-2008 Fiesta Petrol(1.6). I would prefer it to be run below 50k.

Hi Guys, checked a well maintained and would appreciate your revert on it's ideal price.

Octavia Nov 2002 - 101k Kms driven - Ambient model - No ABS or Alloys.
Needs 5 new Tyres and has a few city type dents - Green Color with Leather interiors.

Suspension and Belt changed a year back - but car has no service records maintained. Second owner and has Comprehensive Insurance. Rear seat door and window not electrically working. Else all windows do down well, with the Key as well.

Mech Inspected it and stated - engine, radiator, suspension are in good condition but will help to see bills or ser history. Found issue with some thing named Tension Bearings - abt 20k to fix and rear circuit/Actuator for the rear door. No accidents marks anywhere.

Seller quoting 250k and I've left it at 215k.

What say?

Lexus LS 430 - how much?

I have been searching the used car market for long in search for a well maintained luxury sedan.
Yesterday I saw a Lexus LS 430, 2001 model, done 1.2 lac km. The car was well maintained, single owner. It had a 4.3 liter engine.

Any inputs on what should be the fair price for this model. How about the demand and ease of resale for lexus in india? Maintenance?

Would appreciate any inputs on this.

But as if to offer consolation, he said that they have a white 2009 Accord V6 VMT - 2.4L fully loaded which was used as a demo car last year and has clocked just 6000KM altogether with just a temporary registration under Bangalore RTO. Offer price - 17Lakhs. I believe the current on-road price for a brand new 2.4L Accord is 24Lakhs. So if any one out there is interested, do PM me for the contact number of the sales-exec. I am pretty convinced at how well they have maintained it.

Sigh ! If only I had won a lottery !
2010 V6 is 3.5L and then there was the 3L I guess.

Dont 2.4L is not a V6 IIRC

Hi,

Firstly for Bangloreans.

There is a Toyota Corolla Altis 1.8VL available with Nandi Toyota U Trust. It has clocked 13000 and is an Oct 2009 Registered Car. I did a TD. It seems to be in good nick but the tyres show wear of more than a 13000 car. Any one interested check it out. They claim its their MD's Car. Quoting 12.2L.

For all Bhpians:

I have posted this before, no replies for 3 days so posting again.

13000Km Oct 2009 Skoda LAura 1.8 TSI for 11.2lacs great condition. History known.

Opinions please

Used Car Price Check - Logan 1.5 DLS DCi - 2008 - 46000KMS

Hello All,

I have a daily run of about 30-50 kms, and am looking for a used diesel car, and have located a used Logan 1.5 DLS DCi of year 2008 registration with 46000 kms on the odometer. The car is black in color, with Pioneer Audio system with JBL Speaker (Front Component & Rear Oval), Hertz Tweeters, and seems to me in decent condition. It is not from a dealer.

The asking price is 4.60 lakhs. Is it a good deal? What would be the best price to but this car at?

Your suggestions will be much appreciated.

Thanks & regards,

Tanveer

I had seen a Palio SDX 2008 model run for about 25k kms and in top condition a few months back. The dealer it seems had sold it for 3.75 lacs.

Hope the above helps...

^ Out here in Bangalore, the car prices, whether new or old is a bit higher compared to the ones from north India. So, if you say 2.35, it equals to atleast 2.8 lacs in Bangalore. This is my average opinion, it could be a bit of + or - a few thousands. I have seen many buy the SDX's in the last 6 months. Most have paid between 3.6-3.9lacs. I know of 2 more cars that are for sale now.
2008 SDX, 72000kms done - 2.85 lacs final price
2008 SDX, 35000kms done - Quoting 4.15 and says not negotiable.

Recently a friend bought a SDX, 3.8lacs for a 36000 kms driven one. Only thing is it has alloys.

Funkycar,
IMO, 3.5L looks OK - considering that the car is in excellent condition with no scratches and looks well maintained. If the service history is available and no accident history, you can go ahead.
What happened to your SDX booking? I was following your thread initially but lost track later.

BTW, Friends,
Am in the market looking for a used Zen/Alto for my wife's city-use. What do you guys think of the following deals:
1. Alto(std) - 2005 - 33000kms - 3rd owner - 1.35 lakhs
2. Zen(LX) - 2000 - 53000kms - 2nd owner - 1.25 lakhs
3. Matiz - 2001 - 61000kms - 2nd owner - Rs.60k

Yeah. All records available. Accident free car. But I dont know how to make real sense of the records. Any pointers on any specifics I need to look for?

SDX booking is still on. I have taken back the 49k and left the 1k as booking amount. If the new one comes, this one I will part with. This is my plan B. Just that I am executing Plan A before its time for Plan B

My mind is set. I need a Stile MJD. Thats it. Its not very easy to find low mileage good condition, decently priced MJDs, so felt too tempted and picked this one.

Hey, 2L is too low a price for the Palio. I guess you must have mistaken it for the petrol version. I believe the car in question is a diesel one and here in our place(Kerala), the price will be above 3L for sure. In Bangalore, it should be higher.
