Yes, of course ! Hyundai has done a Ford. Ikon 1.6 went away & in comes Fiesta. So, Accent Viva/CRDi goes away & in comes Verna. Ikon 1.4 stays, so is Accent 1.5.

This is Export Sales + Doemstic Sales , totalling to 28,394 units.

Domestic Sales in India is 16, 138 units only.

The same link says " The domestic sales in August 2007 accounted for 16,138 units while 12,256 units were exported. The exports rose by 19.3% from 10,273 units last year to 12,256 units in August 2007. Overall sales at Hyundai recorded a growth of 7.7% in August 2007 over the same month last year.'

Honda sales have fallen 7% compared to last year,if the honda city sales have not taken a hit then means only one thing the civic finally is showing a slowdown.

if it is 2 , full marks to the bravery of hyundai management , who continue to persist in making and selling elantras , even if it sell just 2 .

Even the team Bhp favourite , San strom must be selling more than 2 a month !

Optra is yet to make a dent on Civic sales.
