And Bugatti does not make RHD cars.
The post which reignited this thread (on the previous page) said that Bugatti was planning to launch in India etc. So I assumed that they would come with RHD.

Now that I think of it, just that one simple fact should be enough to discredit this entire thread. I mean, what are the chances that Bugatti will make a RHD car exclusively for India? So face it people, Bugatti's not coming to India. I mentioned in another thread that Hummer won't officially come here till 2050. Same for Bugatti.

Bugatti is already in India. We do have the imported Veyron in India that is considered to be one of the most expensive and fastest cars in India. Then how can you say that it coming to India. Even I was not aware of the fact, I came to about this when I read an article on Bugatti Veyron on

Are we now going to trust Mumbai Mirror on such news?!

Even if it's true, I don't think the Veyron should be here. Neither should Ferrari, Lamborgini's, Porsche's and the like. Bringing these cars on Indian roads would be insulting them.

I really dont understand why people think that buggati veyron shouldnt be launched in india. Most people claim that the roads are not worth it. When we can have upwards of 500 to 700 bhp monsters (ferrari's, lambo's) being brought by people in india and if not regularly used but atleast being used sparingly just to make a statement, dont see why this 1000 bhp monster should be a problem. Accepted it wouldnt be a every day commute or the owner would get to flex its power (how many of the ferrari's and lambo's in india for that matter of fact even a 100 bhp car are used to their full potential), but there are people in india who would just want to purchase it just to flaunt it. If the price is the factor then ,there are indian who buy much expensive jets and yachts.

The CEO of Bugatti himself has said that Bugatti is planning to enter the Indian market in 2010. Watched the news on UTVi.

What I understand from the various TV shows and magazine reviews is that the Veyron is much more of a multi-talented car than some of the other (less expensive) cars like (say) a 430, Gallardo, Murcielago etc. So while it has prodigal horsepower, acceleration etc., it is also comfortable, with all the luxuries a person may want.

From that perspective, a Veyron might be more appropriate for India than some of the other cars I mentioned in my post - the owner can enjoy it even when not going berserk.
